New York City, where anything is possible! ... except maybe finding a taxi on a rainy day. :-)
Here, on this beautiful spring day is a typical, tranquil park in New York's Chelsea section. New Yorkers do get quite accustomed to taxi cabs everywhere! (And cows, too!)
