Rain Forest Oasis

Here is what was really happening here: I'd been driving along the alternately rain and sun-drenched Hana Highway and was delighted after miles of beautiful nature to see what seemed like a juice and Smoothie stand appear along the roadside. (I was thirsty!) However, at this particular time only soda was available, from a very temperamental machine. This young girl was the proprieter at the moment, and what this shot actually captures is her pounding her fist on the soda machine to make something come out. It did, eventually. My rain forest oasis. :-)
