Taxi Cows

Here's the scene outside New York's Port Authority Bus Terminal during the summer of 2000. New Yorkers are not surprised by anything, except maybe finding a taxi cab during the rain. Here is a whole herd of taxi-cows on busy 42nd Street this nice sunny day in July.
