Here are a few images from New York, at Strawberry Fields in Central Park. Thousands gathered to sing and pay tribute and mourn, at the Imagine Monument, a memorial to fellow ex-Beatle John Lennon.

Strawberry Fields, in the shadow of The Dakota, where John & Yoko lived, has become a shrine now to all which John and George and Beatles meant to all of us.
